SERVICE POLICY

Sharpening Service
Our sharpening work is guaranteed. If your clipper blades, beauty shears, or scissors do not cut properly upon opening them, we will re-sharpen that item on your next order. Please notify us right away, and we will fully resolve any problems that may arise.

Other Services (not listed on website)
We offer other services on our mobile routes that are not listed on our website as mail-in services due to the cost of shipping heavier items (ie. dryer repair of some brands). You may inquire PRIOR to sending us other items for service if they are not listed on our website; however, our flat rate fee may NOT apply to any order with heavier items. Service orders in excess of 15 lbs may require additional shipping and handling fees at the discretion of Will Sharpen, Inc. Please be sure to contact us prior to shipping heavy items for an estimate of the potential return shipping and handling fees.

Service Orders
In shipping your sharpening order to us, please consider insuring your package since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit to us. We currently have a flat rate return shipping fee of $10.00 per sharpening order.  If you order both service and storefront items, your sharpening order may be shipped separately than your storefront items, but without additional shipping fees. However, if you need the storefront items quickly, we strongly recommend ordering them in separate orders as the products will not be shipped until the service order has been completed.  All orders of $100 or more have the option of FREE shipping OR a FREE item of the customer's choice from the current list of options.  (See our Special Offers page for more details concerning our "Orders of $100 or more" free offer.) As stated under the Service Policy, service orders in excess of 15 lbs may require additional shipping and handling fees at the discretion of Will Sharpen, Inc. Please be sure to contact us prior to shipping heavy items for an estimate of the potential return shipping and handling fees. Effective December 1, 2024, any clipper blade sharpening orders of 10 or more clipper blades will be returned to our customer in a specially designed box. The 1st box is always FREE; it's just part of our exceptional clipper sharpening service! However, if a customer to whom we have already provided a box fails to return it with their next sharpening order of 10 or more clipper blades, an automatic $10 fee for the additional box will be added to their order total.

Storefront Orders
We currently have a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 per order.  If your order includes a combination of service and storefront items, your sharpening order may be shipped separately than your storefront items, but without  additional shipping fees.  All orders of $100 or more have the option of FREE shipping or an additional FREE item from our list of options.  (See our Special Offers page for more details concerning our "Orders of $100 or more" free offer.)

Gift Certificates
There is no shipping fee for gift certificates; however, if you order a gift certificate along with other products, the flat rate $10.00 shipping fee will still apply to your order.  For orders of gift certificate(s) only, no shipping fee will be applied.
Special Money Saving Tip: You may want to consider adding a gift certificate to your order as a gift for someone else or for your own future use as the amount of the gift certificate will count toward your order total that will qualify you for our FREE offer of $100 or more. (See our Special Offers page for more details concerning our "Orders of $100 or more" free offer.)

Credit Cards
All credit card transactions are completed securely using 128-Bit SSL Encryption.  We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  For both your and our protection, we require that the billing address and CVV card codes match the records at the issuing bank, so please be sure that the billing information is accurate to the information connected with your credit card.

PayPal
We also accept PayPal for your convenience.

Checks
If you are paying by check, we will not process any order (service or merchandise) until the check has been accepted by our bank.  Please note that this may affect the return timing on sharpening orders.  We also enforce a $20.00 fee for all returned checks.

General Payment Policy
For both mobile and mail-in service orders, full payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless PRIOR arrangements are made. Any account not paid in full prior to 30 days from date of service will be charged a $25.00 late fee.

In addition, any returned payment (ie returned checks, chargebacks, etc) not fully satisfied within 30 days of the returned payment will incur a $25.00 charge in addition to any returned payment fees.

Returns for Refund
If the item you purchased qualified for our free offer and you selected a free item rather than free shipping, the free item must be returned, unused and unopened, with the item(s) you are returning for a refund.  If you used or opened the packaging of the free item, you may keep the item and the current online price of the free item you chose will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Exchanges
If the original item you purchased qualified for our free offer and you selected a free item rather than free shipping, you may keep the free item as long as the second item also would qualify for our free offer.

Return Policy
All scissors and shears (excluding clearance/closeout) offered on this website come with a 15-day exchange or refund guarantee (shipping fees are nonrefundable). Some may require a Return Authorization Number or specific shipping instructions, so please be sure to contact us before attempting your return. We want your transaction to be a smooth and pleasant one. Also, your scissor or shear that is being returned MUST be in resalable condition, and its original packaging and receipt (or copy of receipt) must be included with the shipment.  Please note: If the scissor or shear you are exchanging/returning qualified for FREE shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the credited/refunded amount. Exchanges will receive store credit for the original purchase price of the returned shear; a 20% restocking fee will apply to ALL refunds AND exchanges on shears, scissors, and other items at the discretion of Will Sharpen, Inc.

Warranty
All scissors and shears on this website come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. This does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse (intentional or accidental), normal wear and tear, or improper maintenance of your tool. Please be sure to keep your receipt for proof of purchase should you need to access the benefits of any warranty.

Clippers
All the Andis AGC & Andis AGP clipper models on this website come with a one-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. Please refer to the information packed with the clipper for details pertaining to the warranty. Be sure to retain your receipt to verify the purchase date since the warranty period begins from the date of purchase. Please note: If you return a clipper and request a refund or exchange and the item qualified for FREE shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund/exchange amount.  A 15% restocking fee may also apply to Double K Power Clippers, Andis and Bucchelli clippers and products at the discretion of Will Sharpen, Inc for exchanges and/or returns. 


Clipper Blades
If any clipper blade purchased from this website does not cut properly upon opening it, we will sharpen it free of charge. Please retain receipt to verify date and place of purchase and contact us prior to sending your blade for sharpening. 
A 15% restocking fee may apply to exchanges and/or returns at the discretion of Will Sharpen, Inc.

If no specific details are included in the product description, contact us for details. Please be sure to retain your receipt as proof of date and place of purchase with any product holding a warranty as all manufacturers require that proof before you can obtain the benefits of warranty.
