Will Sharpen was very understanding when I had to cancel my order due to unexpected family medical expenses that came up right after I placed the order, but the shipping was so fast that they already shipped my grooming shears!! Lol! My bank didn't pay them, but instead of keeping the shears without paying, I told my bank to pay them full price.
