This Mirage beauty shear has a unique spin on ergonomic design. It is made for the stylist who cannot adjust to the feel of most ergonomically designed styles such as the crane handle, extreme offset handle, or swivel thumb. It has an opposing grip handle with very little spacing between the thumb and finger, and the fully rotating thumb has a more restricted turning radius than swivel shears. This allows the stylist to have a more "traditional shear" feel while still reducing strain on the hand, wrist, arm, elbow, shoulder, back, and neck. It is lighter weight than other shears with similar design and is made from Japanese Hitachi V-10 stainless steel. It also has a Swarovski crystal pivot dial which can be exchanged for any dial of your choice below at no additional fee. Please note that this shear is not designed for those who are already using swivel shears.
