This Precise Cut thinning shear has a bent shank to give a little more space between the groomer’s hand and the animal, which is especially helpful in grooming some of the hard-to-reach places such as between the back legs. This thinner is available in a 5 ½ or 6 ½ inch model, both of which have 44 teeth. The two removable finger rests on these thinning shears enable the groomer to more easily flip the shears and works well for left handed groomers who are accustomed to using right handed shears. These lightweight thinning shears are hand made in Germany and are an affordable choice for a quality shear. These thinning grooming shears are also available as a Standard 44 Tooth as well as a Curved Thinning Shear.
