Precise Cut Shears have done the unthinkable: Curved Chunking Shears! These grooming shears are 7½ inches long and have 21 teeth. There are two models available: curved blade with a curved handle and curved blade with a straight handle. Both models have convex edges as well as micro-serrated teeth to prevent the hair from pushing. The last several teeth have heavier serrations to ensure a Precise Cut all the way to the tips without the groomer adding any pressure. This is important because if the groomer does not open and close these curved grooming shears without pushing or pulling with their thumb, it will cause the teeth to pull apart or catch. These grooming shears have a unique pivot and tension assembly that ensures a more stable shear. These curved chunkers are a one-of-a-kind grooming shear and require two methods of sharpening, so it is important to be careful in who you allow to sharpen these shears. Though Precise Cut Shears warrantees these curved chunking shears for the life of the shear against manufacturing defects, they cannot warrantee an improper sharpening job. These curved shears are also available as a true left handed grooming chunking shear and as a straight grooming chunking shear.
