The Shisato Regency texturizing shear is made from the finest quality Japanese steel and craftsmanship with its “K blade” design used in Japan for years to create the finest cutting edge possible. The 14 teeth are uniquely shaped to perform a texturized cut unobtainable any other way.
Note: This shear is not recomended for left handed stylists.
