How do I order clipper repair?

  1. Complete the order form above including any additional information you think necessary for us to repair your clipper in the space provided.
  2. Click Add to Cart.

If you are ordering more than 1 repair, please add each repair separately so that we can easily identify each clipper and the needed repairs.

How should I package my clippers to be sent to you?

Please be sure to properly protect your clippers. They should not slide around in the box, so be sure to include plenty of protective packaging. Please include a printout of your order confirmation or a note that includes your name, address, and best phone number to reach you.

Though we do not require it, if you would like to insure your package, please do so. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit to us.

You may also add insurance to your return shipment after repair is complete by clicking the button above the Frequently Asked Questions for Clipper Repair that says "Add Optional Return Shipping Insurance HERE." In addition, there is an option in the cart before you proceed to checkout to request required signature for your returned service order.

We recommend you insure your package as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit to us. We also provide the option of insuring the return package of the repaired clipper. 

How will I know if I will be charged more than the labor fee?

We will notify you via the phone number you provide during the checkout process once the repair is complete. At that time, we will give you the total amount of the repair(s) [repair fee(s) plus parts] and request your desired payment method information for any additional amount due. Your clippers will be sent back to you upon full receipt of payment.

Please Note: WillSharpen reserves the right to retain a small fee for diagnostics even if the clipper is unable to be repaired, but that fee would never exceed the $25 labor fee of the clipper repair. Alternatively, a customer may apply the full $25 repair fee of an unrepairable clipper toward the purchase of any new merchandise from our online storefront.

Can I order clipper repair and sharpening services together?

Yes, you may combine your sharpening and repair orders in one package. Pack all items securely; there should be no rattling in the package.

Please note, however, that a clipper repair may delay the typical return time of your sharpening orders. If you need your sharpened items back quickly, please consider processing sharpening and repair orders separately so we can ship the sharpening ahead of your repair. If you opt to order the services separately, you may still package all items for service together.
